CAIRO – 10 December 2017: Al Ahly faces Misr Al Maqassa on Sunday at 7 p.m. in the postponed game from the second round of the Egyptian Premiere League.

Al Ahly is now in the second place in the standings table of the league after the team returned from its continental comptetion, the CAF African Champions League; having lost in the final against Wydad Athletic Club. The team reached the second place after playing only nine matches securing 25 points.

Meanwhile, Misr Al Maqassa enters the game with 15 points after the team played 11 matches in the Egyptian Premiere League, to occupy the eighth place in the standings. Hussein Al-Shahat is considered the most dangerous player of Al Maqassa, having scored eight goals.
