CAIRO – 9 November 2017: Barcelona follows Lyon playmaker, Nabil Fekir to sign him in the summer after his great performances with his team, Lyon this season.

Fekir, born in France to Algerian family is one of the best players in the French League this season, he led his team to compete with the French giants, Monaco and Paris Saint Germain (PSG). Lyon places third in the league with 25 points, 7 points behind the leaders, PSG.

Fekir formed a special partnership with Mariano Diaz, Bertrand Traore and Memphis Depay in Lyon’s attacking line.

Fekir, 24 scored 11 goals, provided four assists in the league to convince French national team manager, Didier Deschamps to add him to the French squad.

Fekir’s best performance in the season was in the derby against Saint Etienne when he scored two goals to lead his team to destroy their local rivals 5-0 in front of their fans.

Fekir could be a great solution for Barcelona to overcome the departure of the Brazilian winger, Neymar Da Silva to PSG this summer.
