CAIRO – 30 October 2017: Manchester City has changed their strategy in order to sign of Alexis Sánchez, the Chilean star of Arsenal.

Relations between the two Premier League clubs have hardened and Manchester City has decided to change its stance. Alexis Sánchez is also upset with Arsenal.

In this way, as the Sunday Mirror advances, Manchester City has ruled out signing Alexis Sanchez in the winter market.

The good career of the team in both the Premier and Champions League has caused the owners of Manchester City to postpone the efforts of signing Alexis Sánchez for the summer of 2018.

In this way, Alexis Sánchez will arrive at Manchester City with the freedom card and Arsenal will not receive any financial compensation for this operation. If they had signed Alexis in January, then they would have paid for the transfer.

In Manchester City they are upset with Arsenal over how they led the negotiations last summer when City made Alexis Sánchez's first offer.

For his part, the Chilean striker is also upset with Arsenal and has not agreed to renew the contract.
