CAIRO – 29 September 2017: The events have been unleashed in the last hours in Munich after the announcement of the dismissal of Carlo Ancelotti. Bayern Munich`s president, Uli Hoeness, was the last to speak on the matter, speaking to a radio station and having been picked up by Sport BILD.

He told Westfalenpost, "There were five players against Ancelotti. It was impossible to get out of that."

As for Ancelotti, according to some media, the Italian is expected to issue a statement this evening. It remains to be seen whether he will refer to Hoeness's words.

Bayern Munich officials announced on Thursday that Carlo Ancelotti, Bayern`s manager, has been sacked on Thursday afternoon. Willy Sagnol, former Bayern Munich legend, is set to replace him as manager.

On the other hand, it is reported that the former coach of Borussia Dortmund, Thomas Tuchel, is the one who likes Hoeness as a replacement for Ancelotti.

Hoeness stated long ago that he had always liked Tuchel's style, "even at his stage in Mainz." Hoeness would also be for the job of giving him an opportunity to redirect the situation of the team.
