What will Matic add to Manchester United?

CAIRO – 1 August 2017: Following the transfer of Serbian International midfielder Nemanja Matic to Manchester United on July 31, Egypt Today decided to look at what elements Matic will add to Manchester United’s squad.

Secondly, Matic is Mourinho’s favorite defensive midfielder who acts as the destroyer on the field. Matic will ease the role of United’s defense by his ability to stop many chances from the opposing team. With a strong history in the position, if we compare the 28-year-old midfielder to any other United midfielder, we will find out that Matic is not only the best in United, but also one of the most experienced midfielders in the Premier League. Additionally, he is a calm and wise player on the field, making a lot of correct interceptions without getting too many red cards. Moreover, Matic has a great left foot that is known for its long shots. He used to score many goals from out of the box during his time at Chelsea. All of these qualities highlight that Matic will add to United’s physical strength on the field.

Finally, aside from Mourinho, United’s fans will be the happiest of all as a result’s of Nemanja Matic’s signing, especially that the good old Nemanja’s chant will be back heard in United’s stadium Old Trafford.
