CAIRO - 30 July 2017: Paris Saint Germain (PSG) won 2-1 over Monaco on Saturday to achieve the French Super Cup, the game held in Tangier, Morocco.

Monaco entered the game as French League Champions while PSG entered the game as French Cup winners.

Monaco opened the score by Djibril Sidibe at the 30th minute, PSG new signing Dani Alves scored the equalizer for Paris in his official debut with the club from a free kick.

Adrien Rabiot, PSG midfielder, scored PSG second goal in the 63th minute to give PSG the title.

French Football Federation decided to play the match in Morocco to continue their tradition of playing the French Super Cup in another country.

PSG finished their first mission in the new season as they wanted, they are now ready to fight for Barcelona player, Neymar da Silva who is linked to leave Barcelona to join PSG.
