Cairo Bites, the country’s first and biggest food festival, was held this year at Merryland Park on April 15 and 16 with a retro nostalgic theme recalling the 1980s and 90s. The weekend crowds munched on food, sampled new restaurants and took in kitchen and product demos, while kids enjoyed the huge pay area. Egypt Today was a media sponsor at the event, and had a booth where complimentary copies of the magazine were available.
