CAIRO– 17 October 2017: Latvian Ambassador to Egypt Iveta Sulca discussed on Tuesday with representatives of Egyptian travel agencies plans to operate flights from Cairo to Riga during the tourist season of 2018.

In a statement, the Latvian diplomat said that there are many undiscovered tourist destinations in Latvia, including wonderland of medieval castles, pristine forests and centuries-old buildings in all sorts of styles.

The Egyptian travel agencies are currently preparing visitor orientation programs, Sulca said, adding that the embassy extended an invitation to these agencies to visit Latvia, Europe’s Best Kept Secret.
