CAIRO – 27 July 2017: It is a really, really hot summer, and since it will not be possible to spend it all in the North Coast with the squad the least you can do is stay hydrated and keep your skin moisturized, so here are 5 natural moisturizers to make it through August.

1- Watermelons: do they even need to be useful? They are so adorable and tasty, the fact that they are a natural moisturizer is just a magnificent bonus. Watermelons are the gift that keeps on giving.

2- Coconut: it’s full of useful fats that curb your cravings for sugar. You can apply coconut oil to your skin or add it to your smoothies and food it will never fail you.

3- Cucumber: it is full of vitamins that fight skin damage and work as natural moisturizers and you can just use as a snack that will keep thirst away!

4- Avocados: The beautiful tasty antioxidants, drink them, eat them or use them as nacho dip, just always have Avocados in your diet.

5- Water: If you want to stay hydrated it is just too obvious that you need to drink a lot of water every day, it will help your body feel cool and stay moisture.
