As summer draws to a close, it’s more than normal to feel a bit of reminiscence, sadness, laziness or all of the above. That back-to-school feeling is not only limited to students, but to adults as well, and sometimes we the change of seasons we need a little pick me up. 
The long days, spontaneous adventures, and golden evenings are slowly replaced by routine, shorter daylight, and a chill in the air. But the seasonal shift doesn’t have to drag your mood down.
If you're feeling a little stuck, unmotivated lately, here’s some steps that'll help shake this feeling off.
 
Reset Your Routine
Start by slowly resetting your routine; don't rush the process. Start by fixing your sleeping schedule and making sure you sleep at least 8 hours. Prioritize Self-Care
Summer was all about partying, endless activities and a whole lot of fun. This season, it’s the perfect chance to unwind and give yourself some “me time”.
