CAIRO - 20 July 2017: Sometimes you just lie in bed staring at the ceiling trying to get enough sleep and be ready for tomorrow and you just can’t. Well, we just found you a couple of tips that will help you sleep as quickly as possible.

1. Get comfy: Change into something light and comfy, go to the bathroom if you need and maybe put on some relaxing music.

2. Write in a diary: If you are finding trouble sleeping because your thoughts just keep on coming, then maybe you just need to let them out. Write down the details of everything that you are thinking in a journal and maybe you will feel relieved enough to sleep.

3. Get rid of electronics: Your body is naturally accustomed to send you to sleep once it’s dark outside; having electronics lying around and staring at bright screens confuses your body, which reflects on your hormones and your sleep.

4. Read a book: A great way to distract your mind and help you sleep is reading. Just flip through your favorite book for a few minutes and you will feel sleep tapping your shoulder.

5. The Hot Bath: Literally just take a hot bath for about 30 minutes; your muscles will relax and the temperature of your skin will rise, giving you a sleepy sensation you won’t be able to knock off.
