CAIRO - 18 October 2018: “Ahl el-Kahf” (The Cavemen), a new movie produced by Walid Mansour and Youssef al-Taher, is expected to gain great success, as it is set to unite the megastars Ahmed Ezz, Mona Zaky, Sherif Mounir, Mustafa Khater and Amir Karara.

The rest of the cast is yet to be decided.

Local film critics foresee that the cast chosen by the producer adds value to the film before it even starts.

The film is based on a play of the same name by Tawfeek al-Hakim; it is written by Ayman Bahgat Kamar and directed by Amr Arafa. The movie will be filmed in Morocco, Jordan and Turkey.

It is worth noting that “El-Badla” (The Suit) was Mansour’s most recent film production, starring Tamer Hosny and Akram Hosny. The movie competed during Eid El-Adha (Muslim feast) film marathon in Egypt and gained impressing success.
