The artists participating in the Guardians of the Sands: Mohamed Sallam, Hisham Maged, Yasser Galal, Asmaa Galal, Dina Fouad, Reem Mostafa, Ashraf Abdel Baky, Ahmed Mourad and Michel Milad.
The official page of the spokesperson of the Egyptian Armed Forces released a documentary film titled “Guardians of the Sands” on the occasion of Sinai Liberation Day. The film included interviews with several artists, writers, intellectuals, and religious figures.
Actor Yasser Galal said during the film: “Sinai is Egyptian and will remain Egyptian throughout history.”
He added: “Sinai is not just land, but a living history book witnessing the world from its beginning to its end.” He also said: “The Bedouins of Sinai are the backbone and support for our great army.”
Actress Asmaa Galal said: “After every setback comes victory, and all Egyptians stand united, always shoulder to shoulder with our armed forces.”
Writer and screenwriter Abdel Rahim Kamal said: “The liberation of Sinai is the second great victory after the crossing, and it is the most precious milestone.”
Actress Dina Fouad said: “The people of Sinai are the true guardians of the land, and they have played a historic role alongside the Egyptian army in restoring all of Sinai.”
She added: “The Egyptian Armed Forces are an ongoing story of heroism, a story of heroes who sacrificed their blood to protect the land.”
Actor Mohamed Sallam said: “Forty-four years ago the land was returned, and one feeling remained, pride and the sense that there is no difference between someone from Sinai, Cairo, or Upper Egypt. We are always one.”
He added: “What is written in blood is never forgotten. That is why Sinai was and will always remain a symbol of Egyptian dignity. Long live Egypt.”

Actress Reem Mostafa said: “The Bedouins of Sinai are the true guardians of the sands and the land. They represent the true meaning of bravery and belonging, and their love for the land is clear as they stand with the army hand in hand.”
Writer and scriptwriter Ahmed Mourad said: “In every country, there is a sacred place, and in Egypt that place is Sinai.”
He added: “I am very proud that we have important guardians, the guardians of the east, the guardians of the desert, the guardians of Sinai. The people of Sinai are supported by a strong army capable of deterring anyone who thinks of approaching Egypt.”
Actor Michel Milad said: “Every inch of Sinai land is watered with the blood of our ancestors. Christians stood beside Muslims so that today we can stand tall with pride.”
