Ahmed Ezz and Amr Youssef Join Amir Karara in Ras El Afaa as Anti-Terror Operations Intensify

Together, the trio assesses the devastating aftermath of the bombing at the National Cancer Institute in Cairo, emphasizing that the attack demonstrates the terrorist group’s alarming readiness to execute high-stakes operations.

 

Parallel to this, the series showcases a tense border operation: Egyptian Border Guard forces intercept two SUVs attempting to cross Egypt’s western border at midnight. Inside the vehicles, a large cache of weapons is discovered. This revelation underscores the sophisticated smuggling networks terrorists rely on to infiltrate the country, heightening the sense of urgency in the ongoing investigations.

 

Mourad later reconvenes with Colonels Seif and Yassin, who reveal the identities of several dangerous operatives believed to be behind the attack, including Ahmed Abdel Rahman, Alaa El Samahi, and Yehia Moussa. The series draws on the efforts of Egyptian National Security forces to track Ezzat in the years following the June 30 Revolution, a period marked by heightened tension and conflict involving the organization.

 

 

 

The drama focuses on the work of National Security officers as they carry out intricate missions to pursue terrorist cells linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. These groups are depicted as organizing attacks such as bombings and assassinations while operating through hidden communication channels and tightly guarded networks used for planning and recruitment.

 

 

 

Throughout the series, viewers see how security forces gradually penetrate these covert structures, gathering intelligence and dismantling the cells before their plans can be carried out.
