The international French pianist, Richard Clayderman expressed his gladness to perform again in Egypt.

Clayderman is taking part -as a guest- in the closing annual charity held by the Breast-Gynecological International Cancer Society (BGICS).

“Innovation and Creativity” is to be the slogan of the ceremony on Friday, the 20th of January at JW Marriott Hotel, New Cairo.

Clayderman states: “I’m extremely glad to play again in Egypt. Indeed, the past years didn’t go well with everyone due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. However, music gave everyone strength and patience, especially those fighting their diseases. Thus, I’m pleased with the invitation of Dr. Hisham Al-Ghazali to be a special guest at the conference to help these women heal from their diseases. I’m looking forward to meeting you on the 20th of January.”

On his part, Prof. of Clinical Oncology at Ain Shams University and Head of the BGICS, Dr. Hisham Al-Ghazali expressed his gladness with Clayderman’s presence in Egypt, who immediately agreed to take part in the charity event. The profits of that event are dedicated to supporting and enhancing the lives of patients suffering from that disease through undertaking international initiatives and benefiting from their experiences for carrying out experiments and reaching a consensus on managing breast cancer and gynecology to achieve women’s welfare. Our greatest goal is to see Egypt cancer-free”.

Clayderman arrived in Cairo on Wednesday evening for rehearsals before the concert.

It will be his first concert in Egypt after performing a concert in 2020.

Furthermore, he held an exclusive concert in Egypt (2016) in celebration of the 40-year anniversary of his unique career.
