Cairo Symphony Orchestra to perform in Cairo Opera House on June 18

CAIRO – 16 June 2022: The Cairo Symphony Orchestra will present a concert led by Maestro Ahmed el-Saeedy and with the participation of violinist Yasser el-Serafy, on June 18 at 8:00 p.m. at Cairo Opera’s Grand Theatre.

The concert’s program includes a selection of world classics.

It is noteworthy that the Cairo Symphony Orchestra is the oldest in Egypt, as it was founded in 1959 by the Austrian conductor Franz Lichtour.
