‘El Ekhteyar’ Ep2: Former Minister of Defense Sisi rejects Shater demands, plans to develop the army

“El Ekhteyar” (The Choice) part 3 showed a video of Muslim Brotherhood leader Khairat el Shater while saying “ I am capable of sending one million people to burn National Security Agency headquarters...Why? because I can easily confront National Security Agency, there is no problem in that.”

Such declaration proved beyond any doubt the desire of Muslim Brotherhood to destruct National Security Agency.

The highly popular patriotic series showed the involvement of one of Muslim Brotherhood leaders in a massive operation to smuggle weapons in Sinai.

 Colonel Marwan Kadry ( Ahmed Ezz) from the Egyptian intelligence cooperated with Colonel Mostafa Khalifa ( Ahmed El Sakka) from the military intelligence to thwart this massive operation to smuggle weapons in Sinai.

This smuggling weapons operation showed how there is a complete coordination between General Intelligence and Military Intelligence to protect Egypt from the destructive plans of Muslim Brotherhood.

The series revealed for the first time the details of the meeting between Khairat el Shater ( Khaled el Sawy) and former Minister of Defense Abdel Fattah El Sisi ( Yasser Galal) to offer joint economic cooperation between Egyptian Army and Muslim Brotherhood but Sisi totally ignored his demand.

 Former Minister of Defense Abdel Fattah El Sisi invited Mohamed Morsi to attend the military show of the second army saying “ I invited you to see part of the strength of the Egyptian army and to respond to Khairat el Shater demand as well as the presence of Tareq al-Zomor, in the official ceremony marking the 39th anniversary of the 6th of October war.”

The series reminded us how the presidency invited Tarek al-Zomor to the official ceremony the 39th anniversary of the 6th of October war and how this invitation angered both the Egyptian army and people.

The series  revealed how doctor Irini ( Samar Morsi) was afraid to walk in the street during Muslim Brotherhood regime.

This showed how Copts were persecuted during Muslim Brotherhood regime.

El Ekhteyar revealed the desire of former Minister of Defense Abdel Fattah El Sisi to develop the Egyptian army by boosting their morale and deal with them with love and respect.

Former Minister of Defense Sisi said” If I humiliate someone he will never be a fighter, he has to feel proud that he is a soldier in the Egyptian army.”

El Ekhteyar showed as well how former Minister of Defense Abdel Fattah el Sisi was keen to strengthen the relationship between Egyptian army and Sinai people.

 “The blood of Egyptian Army martyrs is so valuable, we will get back their right and revenge from those who killed them whether they are here or abroad” Former Minister of Defense Abdel Fattah el Sisi said.
