Egypt’s Cultural Development Fund Sector announces launching 5th edition of ‘Seasons of University Theater Stars’

CAIRO – 31 August 2021: The Cultural Development Fund Sector announced the start of preparations to launch the fifth "Seasons of University Theater Stars," according to a statement issued by the sector on Aug. 31.

Head of the Cultural Development Fund Sector Fathi Abdel Wahab said that the philosophy of the Ministry of Culture and the Fund Sector is based on discovering and supporting creators in all fields.

Abdel Wahab added that "Seasons of University Theater Stars" aims to discover, refine, support and nurture theatrical talents, under the umbrella of the Ministry of Culture.

He explained that the festival will also honor a group of great artists who rose to prominence in their beginnings on the university stage.
