Egypt’s tourism & antiquities min. accompanies school students on guided tour to NMEC

CAIRO – 10 June 2021: Egypt’s Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Khaled el-Enani accompanied a group of school students, on a guided tour inside the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization in Fustat, to acquaint them about Egypt’s great civilization and the history of their ancestors. 

 

The tour was broadcast on “Madrasetna” Educational Channel on June 9, dedicated to school students and their families. 

 

 

This channel is watched by around 20 million viewers. This novel initiative is a step towards spreading tourism and archaeological awareness among Egypt’s youngsters. It is part of the framework of cooperation between the Ministries of Tourism and Antiquities, and Education and Technical Education.
