Egypt-South Sudan cultural relations to be celebrated on June 9

CAIRO – 7 June 2021: Under the patronage of Egypt’s Minister of Culture Inas Abdel Dayem, the Foreign Cultural Relations Sector is organizing a series of evenings within the Cultural Relations initiative, during which cultural relations between Egypt and South Sudan are celebrated.

The cultural evening will be held on June 9 at 6 p.m. at the Supreme Council of Culture, and will include the participation of a group of specialists in the field of cultural cooperation between Egypt and South Sudan.

The evening is also set to include the screening of a short documentary film about the Republic of South Sudan. The evening will be broadcast online via the conference secretariat's page on Facebook.
