CAIRO - 26 November 2017: Supply Minister Ali Moselhy on Sunday received a report prepared by the General Company for Silos and Storage (GSSC) on the establishment of 14 silos in six governorates, funded by the Saudi Fund for Development, with a storage capacity of 375,000 tons at a cost of EGP 427 million.
GSSC chairman Sherif Basili said 30 percent is the work progress in the project on silos.
Basili added that the storage capacities owned by government bodies are capable of receiving all amounts of local wheat.
The soils are located in Sharqia, Beheira, Ismailia, Qalyubia, the New Valley, and Giza.
