President Award to Awadallah Ramzi at Sheraton Montazah

Awadallah Ramzi, Deputy Director of Food & Beverage at Sheraton Montazah Hotel Alexandria, was awarded the 2014 President Award, which is given out annually to outstanding managers at Starwood Hotels worldwide. Ramzi, who has worked for the hotel for over 20 years, was presented the award by Michael Wale, President of Europe, Africa and the Middle East for Starwood Hotels and Resorts worldwide. “Awadallah’s focus on quality of guest experience, food and beverage staff satisfaction and moral, the safety conditions and the service quality in addition to the ongoing training and development of food and beverage teams and his special attention to controlling the operational costs were behind the merit of obtaining the honorable award,” said Atef Wilson, general manager of the hotel.
