Bilateral dam talks to resume: Foreign Ministry

Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and his Ethiopian counterpart have agreed to resume dam talks on the sidelines of the 69th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, foreign ministry spokesman said on Friday.
