CAIRO – 11 February 2021: Saudi Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet Issam bin Saeed conveyed a message to Egyptian President Sisi from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, on February, said Egyptian Presidency Spokesperson Bassam Radi in a statement

 

The meeting was attended by Egyptian Head of General Intelligence Minister Abbas Kamel and Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Cairo Ambassador Osama Naqli, Radi added.

 

The meeting tackled a number of bilateral cooperation issues, as well as highlighting the historical relations between the two countries.

 

“The President asked that his greetings be conveyed to his two brothers, the Saudi monarch, and His Highness, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. The President confirmed the special, strategic Egyptian-Saudi relationship, a key pillar of stability in the entire Arab region, especially in light of the delicate conditions in the Arab countries and the various challenges they face,” Radi said.

 

“During the meeting, it was agreed to continue developing cooperation and constructive consultation between the two brotherly countries in various fields in order to achieve the common interests of the Egyptian and Saudi peoples and strengthen the Arab solidarity,” he added.
