EMA warns of unstable weather with moderate rainfall as of Wednesday

CAIRO – 23 January 2020: Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) warned of unstable weather that will start on Wednesday and last until Friday.

EMA said that a moderate weather accompanied with a mist will be witnessed in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, northwestern coasts and Suez Canal cities on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

By Wednesday, light to moderate rainfall will be seen in some areas of northwestern coast along with active winds, extending until Friday.  

After sunset, a remarkable decrease in temperature is felt in Cairo, recording lows of 8 or 9 degrees Celsius, while the numbers are lowered in Upper Egypt, recording lows of 4 or 5 degrees Celsius.
