Dead body of Egyptian teacher shot dead by Saudi student deported home

CAIRO – 3 January 2021: The body of an Egyptian teacher, was shot dead by a Saudi student in Saudi Arabia, was deported home on Sunday, according to a statement from the Ministry of Migration.
 
The dead body was buried in his hometown in Fayoum governorate. 
 
Few days ago, Egyptian teacher Hany Mohamed Abdel Tawab Arandas was shot by Saudi student Muhammad Mahdi Al-Dossary (13 years) after altercation between them over evaluation marks in Saudi Arabia’s Al Salil city. 
 
The student and his elder brother were arrested. The youngest brother confessed his crime.
 
The Egyptian Embassy in Riyadh and the Labor Office are following up on the results of the investigations and the teacher's financial dues from Saudi Learning School Guide in Al Salil, according to a statement from the Egyptian Ministry of Manpower.
