PM directs speeding up process of furnishing units of social housing projects

CAIRO - 18 December 2020: Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli directed on Thursday speeding up the process of furnishing the residential units of the housing projects of developing unsafe slums in Cairo.

Madbouli’s directives came during a videoconference meeting with Cairo governor Khaled Abdel Aal, where the premier reviewed the progress made in projects, being implemented in the governorate.

The meeting tackled the latest developments in the housing projects, being built for the residents living in unsafe slums, demolition of these slums, and developing the Old Islamic Cairo neighborhood.
