CAIRO – 15 December 2020: Egypt condemned the terrorist attack that targeted an oil tanker in the port of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia by an explosive boat, causing damages to the Singapore-flagged ship.

 

Egypt voiced its total rejection of any sabotage terrorist acts targeting the territorial waters in Saudi Arabia, reaffirming its support for the Kingdom in the measures it takes to defend its territory and sovereignty and to maintain its security and stability, according to a statement frim the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Monday.

 

Saudi Arabia announced that the Hafnia-owned oil tanker was attacked by an explosive-laden boat at Jeddah port on Monday, Saudi Arabia news agency (SPA) reported.
