CAIRO- 26 November 2020:  In his meeting with Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Ahmad Nasser Al-Muhammed Al-Sabah, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi affirmed that the Gulf security is interlinked with Egyptian national security, praising the rational and sober Kuwaiti policy in facing the challenges face the Arab nation, said Egyptian Presidential Spokesperson Bassam Radi in a statement on Thursday.
 
During the meeting, the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister praised Egypt's pivotal role in bringing security and stability to the Arab world, highlighting Egypt's keenness to strengthen solidarity between Arab countries and joint Arab action.
 
Both sides tackled ways of enhancing the close and distinguished cooperation between Egypt and Kuwait at various levels to serve Egypt 2030 and Kuwait 2035 visions of sustainable development, Radi added.
 
The meeting, which was attended by Egyptian foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry and the Kuwaiti ambassador in Cairo, tackled the latest developments in the regional arena, especially in Syria and Iraq.
 
President Al-Sisi asked to convey his greetings to Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
