CAIRO - 5 Novamber 2020: Polling stations in Al Rehab and Madinaty get ready for the second phase of House of Representatives elections. The developer of Al Rehab and Madinaty, Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) revealed that in Al-Rehab, polling stations are being prepared at the British School for city residents.
While in Madinaty polling will be held in Madinaty Language School.
Voting will take place amid strict precautionary measures to ensure the safety of the residents of the two cities, through:
1. Sterilization of polling stations before and after the start of voting.
2. Setting safe distances in front of polling stations for voters.
3. Mandatory face masks.
Any voter can inquire about the location of the station, and its number through the official website of the National Elections Authority (NEA) www.elections.eg, by entering the 14-digit national id.
The voter receives two ballots, one for the individual candidates and the other for lists. Voters can select only two candidates in the individual ballot, out of 43 candidates, and only one list.
Madinaty and Al Rehab developer TMG is headed by Hisham Talaat Mostafa, one of the most famous real estate developers in Egypt. The two projects fall within the Fifth Settelemt electoral district, which covers Nozha, El Shorouk, Badr City, First Settlement, Fifth Settlement, and Katameya.
