CAIRO - 30 June 2017: Egyptian security bodies have issued strict instructions regarding securing vital areas and state institutions on 4th anniversary of June 30 events, Friday.

Excessive security measures were taken and different security squads were announced
to be participating in the security plan according to the Interior Ministry. "Central security forces, special operations and rapid intervention units are securing the state's buildings. All of our vacations were canceled due to June 30's state of emergency," the Ministry said in statement.

Officers specialized in defusing bombs and identifying strange bodies are allover the state's streets along with several police checkpoints.

'Proactive strikes' were announced in some critical areas in Sinai Peninsula to prevent terrorists plans regarding destabilizing the state's stability on the on 4th anniversary, as modern technologies and devices were said to be used by officers allover the country.

"The law will be enforced strongly on anyone tries to threaten the citizens," the statement read.

President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi is expected to address the nation later on Friday, celebrating the 4th anniversary of the of June 30 events, which ousted the former President Mohamed Morsi following mass protests across the country.
