CAIRO- 28 May 2020: Manpower Minister Mohamed Saafan received on Thursday a report from the labor attaché of the Egyptian consulate in Jeddah Walid Abdel Razek concerning the recent developments of the Egyptian labor in Saudi Arabia.

In a press release, the ministry’s spokesman Haitham Saad el Din said that the report noted that the kingdom had automatically extended the tourism visas for three months for free to all tourists inside Saudi Arabia.

This comes after the kingdom suspended all international flights to confront the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The kingdom noted that such measures aim at alleviating the economic, financial and developmental consequences of the coronavirus that had affected both the Kingdom’s citizens and residents.
