Sisi ratifies border demarcation agreement with Saudi Arabia

CAIRO - 24 June 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi on Saturday ratified a border demarcation agreement with Saudi Arabia.

The approval of the accord came after being passed by the parliament, said a cabinet press release.

According to the agreement, the two Red Sea islands of Tiran and Sanafir will be transferred back to the Saudi kingdom.
