CAIRO - 3 March 2020: Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly received a report from the Health Ministry revealing that five foreigners suspected of carrying the virus were admitted to Imbaba Fever Hospital, and tested negative to the medical tests.

The Egyptian Government provided all the ministries and governmental institutions with awareness leaflets on ways to prevent infection with the coronavirus, while emphasizing that every minister and officials should take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety the employees.

The Egyptian Ministry of Health has previously announced the second detected coronavirus case,who is a foreign expert working for an oil company located 120 kilometers from the north-western governorate of Marsa Matrouh.
