Egyptians warned of worst weather peaks on Saturday

CAIRO – 18 January 2020: Egypt’s official weather forecast authority warned that Saturday will witness the worst weather peak with heavy rains and decline in temperature, as part of a cold wave that started over the past days.

The authority said that the weather will continue to witness decline in temperature and active wind, accompanied with heavy rainfall that extends from northern coasts to Cairo.
Accordingly, citizens are advised to wear heavy clothes, especially during the early morning and late at night.

Regarding temperature degrees, Cairo will record highs of 16°C and lows of 11°C; Alexandria will see highs of 17°C and lows of 11°C; Aswan will witness highs of 20°C and lows of 11°C, and Saint Catherine will record highs of 15°C and lows of 4°C.
