MECCA, Saudi Arabia, Aug 6 (MENA) - The Egyptian embassy's medical attache Amr Qandil said no contagious or epidemic diseases have been detected among Egyptian pilgrims.

Qandil said the Egyptian medical mission is offering all needed medical help for Egyptian pilgrims in Mecca and Al Madinah Al Munawara.

The mission operates 37 clinics to serve Egyptian pilgrims, he said, noting that they have received over 30,000 pilgrims so far.

He further pointed out that Egyptian medical teams are present at Saudi hospitals to follow up the condition of any Egyptian patients, lauding the services offered by Saudi hospitals for pilgrims.
