CAIRO - 21 May 2017: An Egyptian-U.S. summit is scheduled to be held Sunday ahead of the Arab-Islamic-American summit taking place in Riyadh, according to a presidential statement.

President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi arrived Saturday in Riyadh, where he is expected to meet with his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump.

Around 55 leaders and representatives from across the Islamic world are hosted in Riyadh, where three summits are taking place, including the Arab-Islamic-American summit.

The two-day international summit kicked off Saturday in Riyadh under the slogan “Together We Prevail.” It aims to “renew mutual commitment to global security and further strengthened already deep business, cultural and political ties,” according to the Riyadh summit’s official website.

A Saudi-U.S. summit was held Saturday, attended by U.S. President Donald Trump and Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz. Both leaders revealed signing a massive arms deal worth $110 billion.
