Qatar should be forced to hand over terrorists on the lists of four Arab countries calling for combating terror, namely Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain, Abu Saada said during a function organized by the Arab Federation for Human Rights (AFHR) on the sidelines of the 37th session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva on Monday.
