Low temperatures to prevail across Cairo on Tuesday

CAIRO - 18 December 2017: Egyptian meteorologists expect light rain over some parts of the country and Cairo on Tuesday, according to a Thursday statement from the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA).

The mist is expected to increase in the morning on the northern parts of Upper Egypt. Low clouds will appear in northern parts and the rain drops are possible on the Northern coasts and Cairo, the statement added.

A north-west wind will be active; Cairo and Alexandria will see temperatures of 23⁰C and 22⁰C, respectively. Meanwhile, the temperature will reach 13⁰C in Matrouh.

On the other hand, a north-west light wind will be active in the Red Sea area and the Mediterranean Sea. It is expected to be mild and moderately high, with the waves’ height ranging from 1.5 meters to 2 meters.
