CAIRO – 8 March 2017: Egyptian Meteorologists said a significant rise in temperature would prevail in Egypt Wednesday, predicting hot weather across the north western coasts, Lower Egypt, Cairo and the south, reported Youm7.
The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) added that Egypt’s eastern coasts would witness warm weather during the day, falling to cold overnight with a moderate south eastern wind blowing in the west whipping up sand and dust which could turn into a storm and in turn cause a disturbance in navigation in the western Mediterranean.
Mediterranean waves will reach 2.5-3 meters accompanied by a mild south eastern wind, meanwhile Red Sea waves are expected to reach 1.5-2 meters with a northeastern wind.
