CAIRO – 23 February 2017: UN Women Egypt has released a campaign consisting of three illustrated print ads to highlight the low representation of women in the fields of science, high-technology and politics, Digital Arts reported on Tuesday.

Drawing on the concept of famous illustration books “Where's Waldo?” the “Finding Her” illustrations feature a space station, a parliamentary building and a scientific research facility.

The illustrations are a challenge to spot the only woman in each sector, and every ad carries the campaign’s message, “Finding women in technology/politics/science shouldn’t be this hard. Let’s work together for equal representation in the workplace.”

UN Women Egypt cooperated with ad agency DDB Dubai and the Japanese illustration IC4Design to create the campaign.
