CAIRO - 16 October 2017: An explosion hit the southeastern province of Hakkari after an improvised explosive device detonated Monday, leaving two Turkish soldiers killed, Reuters quoted CNN Turk.

The bomb was set off as a Turkish army truck drove past it near the Iraqi border, according to Reuters.
