ANKARA– 16 October 2017: The command of the general staff of the Turkish army announced on Monday destroying sites of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in northern Iraq.

In a statement, the command said that the Turkish jets destroyed PKK ammunition warehouses in northern Iraq, adding that the shelling targeted camps of the group in al Zab area.
