KUWAIT CITY - 5 August 2017: Kuwaiti Emir Representative Yousef Hamad al Ibrahim left Saturday to Iran to attend a ceremony the inauguration of Iranian President Hassan Rouhani for a new term in duty.

ِEight presidents from different countries attend the ceremony - due to be held later Saturday.

Nineteen presidents of parliaments will attend the event alongside 25 Asian delegates, 26 Arab and African delegates and 30 Western delegates.

In May's presidential elections, Rouhani garnered about 57 percent of votes
