CAIRO - 28 April 2026: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has revealed details of the weather forecast for the period from Wednesday, April 29, 2026, to Sunday, May 3, 2026.
This period will see a continued gradual rise in temperatures across most of the country.
Weather Details
Daytime: Cool weather in the early morning, hot across most of the country, and moderate temperatures along the northern coast.
Nighttime: Cool weather.
Weather Phenomena
Mist: From 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, which may be dense at times on some roads leading to and from northern Egypt, including Greater Cairo, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt.
Wind Activity: On Wednesday and Thursday (April 29 and 30), intermittent winds are expected in parts of southern Sinai and southern Egypt.
Wind Activity: From Friday, May 1, to Sunday, May 3, intermittent winds are expected across most of the country.
