EMA reveals hot weather to prevail Saturday, hitting 32°C in Cairo

CAIRO - 25 April 2026: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) revealed that the latest satellite images indicate hot weather during the day across most of the country, with very hot conditions expected in Upper Egypt. 

 

The Authority noted that the highest temperatures expected Saturday are 32 degrees Celsius in Cairo and 38 degrees Celsius in the south.

 

The weather will also see active winds in parts of the northwestern coast, the Nile Delta, Greater Cairo, the Western Desert, and northern Upper Egypt, which may stir up sand and dust and reduce horizontal visibility in some areas.
