CAIRO - 1 April 2026: Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty reaffirmed Egypt’s commitment to supporting the implementation of the Global Compact for Migration on the basis of partnership, stressing that Egypt continues its efforts to support refugees and integrate them into society.
This came during the minister’s speech on Wednesday at the opening session of the ministerial meeting of leading African countries in implementing the objectives of the Global Compact for Migration, held in Cairo.
