CAIRO - 10 February 2026: The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has forecast a slight decrease in temperatures on Wednesday, with cool weather felt in the early morning and at night, and warm conditions felt during the day across most regions.

According to EMA, mist is expected from 4:00 to 9:00 a.m. in areas from northern Egypt to Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt, and central Sinai, and possibly accompanied with dense fog in parts of the Nile Delta, Suez Canal cities, and central Sinai.

Active winds may raise sand and dust over the northwestern coast and exposed areas, reducing visibility, especially in the Matrouh desert.

The Meteorological Authority announced the expected maximum and minimum temperatures for Wednesday as follows:

Cairo:
High: 23°C | Low: 14°C

Alexandria:
High: 21°C | Low: 13°C

Marsa Matrouh:
High: 22°C | Low: 13°C

Sohag:
High: 27°C | Low: 13°C

Qena:
High: 30°C | Low: 12°C

Aswan:
High: 32°C | Low: 15°C
