CAIRO – 8 February 2026: The Egyptian Red Crescent today launched the 133rd “Zad Al-Izzah: From Egypt to Gaza” convoy, carrying 7,500 tons of comprehensive humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

The convoy includes food baskets, flour, emergency relief and medical supplies, and fuel to support hospitals and other critical facilities in the region.

It also delivers more than 13,150 winter clothing items, over 29,400 blankets, 60 mobile toilets, 1,650 mattresses, and more than 12,200 tents to shelter those affected.

This initiative is part of Egypt’s ongoing efforts to provide essential support to Gaza’s population in the aftermath of a two-year war that had ruined basic infrastructure in the enclave.
