CAIRO – 28 January 2026: The Cabinet on Wednesday approved the establishment of a new investment zone in New Alamein City, located south of the coastal road in Matrouh Governorate.

According to the Cabinet decision, the project will be developed on an area of around 13.13 feddans and will be designated for mixed-use development, including commercial, administrative, hotel, sports, entertainment, and logistics activities.

The decision also authorizes a specialized private company to establish and develop the investment zone.
